Vegetable fried rice recipe | Simple Veg fried rice recipe | Indo – chinese recipe


One of my most favorite food is fried rice.

I hope everyone will love fried rice. It is prepared from Cooked rice, vegetables, eggs, mushrooms and meats. It is the most popular street food in Asia.

This special delicious food is first developed during Sui dynasty in China. At the beginning, it is prepared from left over rice due to chinese taboo against wasting food.

Yesterday , I cooked Egg fried rice. It was awesome as I expected. So I had decided to share this recipe with everyone.

Ingredients

Cooked rice

Cabbage – 1/4 kg

Beans – 1/2 cup

Carrot – 1/2 cup

Capsicum – 1 nos

Eggs – 2

Spring onion

Oil

Onion

Chilli powder

Pepper

Salt

Soy sauce

Directions

  1. Add oil to the pan and heat it.
  2. When oil is heated, add onions and saute well untill it turns light brown.
  3. Now add eggs.
  4. After 2 minutes, add vegetables like cabbage, beans, carrot and capsicum.
  5. Add chilli powder and salt. Saute it well and Add spring onion.
  6. After 5 minutes, add cooked rice along with soy sauce.
  7. Mix it well. Put on the flame to very high and fry it for 2 minutes.
  8. Egg fried rice is now ready to serve.
