Weight loss tips at home


Over weight is one of the major health problem. Many people gained weight in the lockdown period and confused on how to reduce their weight. Staying on healthy weight is very important.

It’s not about the appearance, but about the health. Over weight leads to many health issues like obesity, diabetes etc.,

To be honest, I haven’t tried any weight loss plans. I’m sharing the experts tips on weight loss. Hope this would help you to loss weight naturally.

Stay hydrated

I have told many times about the importance of drinking water. It’s very important for your overall health.

By staying hydrated, you can boost your metabolism. At the same time, drinking water before you eat food can help you to intake reduced amount of food.

By the next time, drink water first and then eat your food.

Don’t skip breakfast

Have you ever wondered what happen when you don’t fill diesel to your car?

Obviously, you know the answer. Likewise when you skip your breakfast, your body can’t function properly.

Breakfast is very important meal of the day. It can help you to reduce craving.

Work out

Physical exercises will definitely help you to loss weight. Just start with simple exercises and gradually increase the hardness of the work out. Go for a walk and do household chores on your own.

There are many apps available in the playstore. Just download the weight loss app and track your performance. Play outdoor games and sweat well.

Eat slowly

I remember people kidding me for eating very slowly. Eating slowly has benefits too. It makes you feel more full. It boosts weight reducing hormone. So don’t rush while eating.

In addition to this, stop eating sugary and junk foods. They add nothing to your health.

There is one old saying , ” Have breakfast like a king, lunch like a minister and dinner like a pauper.” This is the ideal amount of eating food.

If you really want to loss your weight, eat your meal until they feel 80% full. While eating always keep this in your mind. Divide your stomach into three parts. Fill half of your stomach with food, quarter of your stomach with water and fill the rest with air.

  3. I gained 20 pounds during 2 months of lockdown, but I then figured out a way to release 30 pounds over the last 5 months!
    It can be done! YAY! (And Iโ€™m over 50 years old and have been overweight for 20 years!) I still have more to lose, but I am continuing to work my program. No strenuous exercise either! โค๏ธ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒ€

    Useful advice. I try to keep it simple. One item for breakfast, a cereal, one item for lunch, a sandwich or soup and an average size dinner with 1 carb, 1 serving of protein and a large serving of veg and water or a diet drink.
